We’re conducting a school survey about household water access and use. We want to understand how reliably households access water, what they do to avoid waste, and what makes sustainable water use harder.
Participation is voluntary. You may skip any question or leave before submitting. Please do not provide names, phone numbers, contact details or exact addresses. Please submit one response per household.
The survey is for an adult familiar with their household’s water arrangements. The team aims to collect 40 household responses: 10 per member. The findings describe participating households and do not represent all of Zimbabwe.
Unfinished answers are saved in this browser so you can return. Submitting clears the draft. The response record stores your answers, an optional collection code, submission time and approximate active completion time; it does not store your account identity. The survey is open to households; the team’s data lead workspace requires account sign-in and its separate password.
